At Jaipuri Kapda, we deal in authentic Jaipuri sarees. Each piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not provide any return, exchange, or refund once the order is placed and dispatched.
Please make sure to:
- Check product details, size, color, and fabric carefully before ordering.
- Contact us for any queries before placing your order.
Important Note
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- Handblock prints and handcrafted fabrics may have minor irregularities, which are a part of their handmade beauty and not defects.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In case you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the product
Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
